None automatically inserted the garbage title tag that this church site shows. The problem with the TITLE tag appears to be a copy-and-paste error by the author. The author has two HEAD and two TITLE start tags and only one ending tag for each. It's pretty sloppy to not notice the title and correct it by removing the unwisely pasted "extra" code at the top.
