Rippy the Aggregator v0.5

I’m looking for some aggregator tools in either PHP or Perl. Here’s one I just found named Rippy the Aggregator v0.5 … wonder if it can handle a list as large as blogs4God? … especially considering how often blogspot goes up-n-down!
