It would be easy to mark up the KJV from Project Gutenberg, or use John Bosak's (http://www.ibiblio.org/xml/examples/religion/religion.htm), and create an xmlrpc server to serve it up. It's a bummer that the NASB and NIV translations aren't in the public domain, but perhaps we'd at least learn to read old english a bit better. We could do this ourselves.
