Here’s an nice helpful little find. The VisiBone Web Design Reference Guides. In it you’ll find both online and hard-copy resources. The online ones are free, the hard-copies are more than reasonably priced.
While I’m no longer advocating hand-coding for beginners, this will help those of you notebook.exe-bound types in selecting browser-safe colors, HTML syntax, Style Sheets, and JavaScript.
What I liked about it was how I it gave me a birds-eye view of these topics – their color charts alone are neat. What you may find helpful are the online popus. Anyway, something fun on a sunny saturday where I’m spending most of my day on the honey-do list.
