When I talk to various church web designers, one of the first phrases I hear uttered is “we don’t have a budget,” or “we can’t afford it.”
While I have some strong personal opinions about that, I will spare you them (for now) and instead remind/inform you of some free tools out there … some of which are actually useful. Many of which if nothing else, can teach you how to put a page together.
A good place to find some of these free tools, along with some pretty decent shareware tools is a site who’s own title list themselves as Freeware downloads: Web Authoring – software brought to you by WebAttack.com, the largest download site for Windows Internet tools and more. A mouthful, but also a site full of good stuff.
